Residential Service

Q: In what towns do you provide residential service?
We currently offer residential trash/recycling in the Town of Guilford.

Q: What happens if my pickup day falls on a holiday?
Thanksgiving and Christmas Day are the only holidays that we don’t provide pickup. If your normally scheduled service falls on either of these days, pickup will resume the next day.

Q: Will you pick up my trash next to my house?
We do offer a higher-level service option for customers who would like the convenience of not having to place their bins curbside.

Q:  When will my recycling be picked up?
Recycling service for residential customers is provided on the same day as trash pickup.

Q:  What items can be recycled?

Commercial Service

Q:  What size containers do you have?
We offer roll-off containers ranging from 10 to 40 yards for construction use and residential cleanouts. We also offer rear-loading containers from two to 12 yards for recurring residential/commercial use.

Q:  For how long can I keep the container?
Our standard rental period is three weeks, after which a weekly rental fee will apply.

Q: Are there restrictions on what I can put in the container?
The primary restriction is that we do not accept any hazardous material, including asbestos, paint, cleaners, car batteries, gasoline, propane tanks, or medical waste; otherwise, there is an additional fee for tires and mattresses.

Q: Is there a limit to how much I can put in the container?
Each of our sizes come with a tonnage allowance, after which an overage fee will apply on a prorated basis.

Q; Will you provide protection for my driveway?
All our containers are delivered with the utmost care to include wood blocks if necessary to protect the underlying surface.

Q: How much prior notice do you require for a container order?
Typically we need at least 72-hour advance notice in order to ensure the size and date requested.

Q; When do I pay for the container?
Payment in full is due prior to delivery of the container. Any overages (e.g. tonnage or rental) will be billed on account to customer.
